603 volunteers donated 50,213 hours to Baystate Medical Center; 325 volunteers and auxiliary members donated over 43,000 hours to Baystate Franklin Medical Center; 25 volunteers donated 3,630 hours to Baystate Mary Lane Hospital; and 91 volunteers donated 4,409 hours and traveled 198 miles to provide compassionate service to hospice and pediatric palliative care patients for the Baystate Visiting Nurse Association & Hospice.

156,937 language interpreter sessions helped patients and families better understand their care; 3,703 pages of documents were translated for providers.

405 babies delivered by nurse midwives of Baystate Midwifery & Women’s Health.
